The story of Lloyd Goradesky’s Let LOVE Guide Your Way project has melted the hearts of WMODA visitors for many years. His artwork is for sale in the museum’s curated Studio Collection and his original kinetic weathervane stands outside city hall in Dania Beach. An even bigger kinetic art sculpture is now being installed in Hollywood across from the guitar building at The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel on State Road 7. Join Lloyd for a very special Valentine’s celebration on February 13.

Love is in the Air
This Let LOVE Guide Your Way Friendship Weathervane sculpture is designed to celebrate the friendship between the Seminole Tribe of Florida and the American Nation. It is an engineering marvel. The piece is 30 feet tall with a 26-foot Cupid’s Arrow and sits on a 9-foot heart-shaped pedestal. Why a weathervane? A weathervane is a device used to measure the direction of the wind. A weathervane is also a metaphoric expression to describe people who change their views frequently. When faced with a dilemma in a chaotic world, let love guide your way.

Share the Love
On February 13, guests will be invited to sign their name on the sculpture and take a selfie while enjoying music and entertainment. As the sun sets, guests will continue the celebration on the G7 Rooftop lounge at the Dolce, a Wyndham Hotel that has spectacular views of the Guitar Hotel and the beautiful Let LOVE Guide Your Way Friendship Weathervane. Help Lloyd spread the message of universal love and encourage kindness, compassion, and consideration for everyone at his interactive public art project.

His garden-size sculpture, which stands 4 feet tall, dominates the Studio Collection gallery together with a monumental heart-shaped photo frame which is perfect for weddings and other celebrations of love. The most recent addition to the WMODA gallery is a heart-shaped table with matching his and hers chairs to create a romantic garden experience. Lloyd’s smaller, limited-edition kinetic sculptures have proved popular as table centerpieces for indoor and outdoor settings. His miniature sculptures are a popular choice for young lovers.

Heart of Gold
Nothing is wasted in Lloyd’s environmentally friendly project. Frames, mirrors, and heart shapes have been created ingeniously from the metal offcuts and then hand-finished by Lloyd. The recycled red, gold and polished steel shapes are engraved with the project’s message of love and kindness or can be customized to order.
